How we work together

Each guide goes through three sets of hands before publishing. The lead editor drafts the article on a current device. A second editor follows the draft on their own phone, looking for steps that are unclear or wrong. When a guide touches on a health, accessibility, financial, or safety question, Linda or David performs an additional sign-off in their area of expertise. Every article carries the lead editor's name at the top and the reviewer's name at the bottom.

Want to write for us?

We commission paid freelance work occasionally — usually from career educators, accessibility specialists, or healthcare workers who have personal experience helping older adults use technology. If that describes you, write to our contact page with the subject "Writing inquiry" and tell us briefly what you'd like to cover.
